Terms of use
What you are free to do
Use AthensDash to keep informed, share links and screenshots, and quote short extracts with a link to the page.
What belongs to AthensDash
The text, the design, the name and logo, the code, and the database we compile: the collection, checking and matching of the information to each municipality, and the strikes we extract from announcements and news. They are protected by Greek copyright law (Law 2121/1993), and the database in particular by the database maker's right.
What is not allowed without written permission
- Collecting content automatically with scrapers, bots or crawlers, beyond what robots.txt allows.
- Republishing a substantial part of the database, or repeatedly and systematically extracting smaller parts of it.
- Copying the design, the name or the logo, or using the content for a service that imitates or competes with AthensDash.
Text and data mining
We expressly reserve the right of text and data mining under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790. Search engines and AI services that follow robots.txt are exempt.
The sources' data
The data from our sources belongs to them and is governed by their own licences, such as CC BY 4.0, CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 and ODbL. If you want to use it, take it from the original source under its terms. These terms do not restrict anything those licences allow you.
Liability
The data may be delayed or wrong. For anything urgent, official announcements prevail. In an emergency, call 112.
